My partner Gail and I had looked at many styles and brands of SUV. We walked into Kloster Nissan in Hamilton, Newcastle and found a friendly gentleman by the name of Russel. Welcomed by a big smile and a sales person who listened to our wants and needs. We would highly recommend Russel to be your car sales person. He engaged with us very much and held our attention and answered our questions. His product knowledge was excellent. Communication was of high standard. Nothing was a problem and he was easy to contact. Gail and I would like to thank Russel for everything.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience Rating: ⭐️ I recently visited the dealership with high hopes of trading in my car for a new vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience with Russell and the customer service left me thoroughly disappointed, prompting me to leave this one-star review. Upon arriving, I expected a straightforward process to receive a trade-in price on a new vehicle. However, Russell seemed flustered and struggled to provide me with a price on the spot. The situation worsened when he encountered difficulties working with the computer system, prolonging the entire process. Despite my willingness to cooperate, the frustration continued when I had to leave my email address for them to send a quotation. To my dismay, the email I received only contained the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of the car I was interested in, without any mention of the promised trade-in quote. Adding insult to injury, when I contacted the dealership to inquire about the missing trade-in quote, I was informed that I would need to come back and have my vehicle evaluated again. This was a significant inconvenience and a waste of my time. The lack of professionalism and the failure to deliver on the promised service have left me with a negative impression of this dealership. I would strongly advise potential customers to reconsider investing their time here, as my experience suggests a disorganized and unhelpful customer service approach.

I purchased my 2019 Nissan X-Trail from Russell, awesome bloke!! He and the team made sure my experience in buying my vehicle was stress free and enjoyable. I saw the car online on Thursday, picked it up Saturday, with a full tank of fuel, freshly washed and floor mats. Couldn’t ask for a better team. Many thanks to Amy too who went out of her way to help me with the loan process.

We have now bought 2 cars through Kloster @Hamilton and we honestly wouldn't go anywhere else from now on. The whole Team is friendly, professional and go above and beyond for their customers. We have Jacob find us the perfect car for our needs. He was an absolute pleasure too deal with, from start to finish. Unlike experiences we have had elsewhere. Rose hooked us up with the best on the market dash cam system meaning we feel safe for our travels. You won't regret purchasing a vehicle through these guys, they are the best in Newcastle in our opinion. See you all again when we need another car.
